VINEYARD DETAILS
The soils are gravelly and stony, offering good drainage and favouring the temperature drop from day to night that helps generate freshness and minerality in the wines, favouring a slow, gradual ripening process in the vineyards.
TASTING NOTES
Bright straw yellow colour with greenish hues.
Intense bouquet of tropical fruits (pawpaw and pineapple) on a subtle floral background with hints of freshly cut grass.
The mouthfeel is opulent and fresh at the same time, dry but with good balance between tropical fruit and fine citric acidity that provides a long, lingering finish with a slightly salty edge.
Will pair well with all vegetables and salads, pasta and rice dishes,poultry, as well as fish and seafood.
Best served chilled (8 to 10ºC)
