The soils are low yielding, gravelly and stony, planted on sun facing slopes, offering good drainage and exposed to extreme climactic changes that go from bitterly cold winters to corchingly hot summers. This helps to generate freshness, structure and concentration in the wines.

Distinctive flavours such as plum, blackberries, cherries and red fruitsGreat balance, well structured and long finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, with tapas, grilled red meat, teriyaki chicken, blue cheese and Gorgonzola.
