HARVEST CONTROL

At the end of the day, all this technology outlined above help our winemaking and viticulture staff to make sure we maximise what Mother Nature provides for us. It helps them to carry out each year a strict harvest control, where no plot is picked until they say so, as ripeness levels can be upped according to their criteria, helped by the information technology provides for them. So even the most simple entry level blends benefit from being picked at optimal ripeness time, and from quality preserving methods which bring out the very best even out of basic entry level grapes.
