VINEYARD DETAILS
Vineyards planted on poor soils with excellent drainage, oriented to encourage and protect the aromas typical of the grape variety, optimizing the terroir’s potential to the maximum. To this end, tradition, together with research, development and the most sophisticated monitoring technology on the vineyards are combined. The result is a constant quality improvement of the grapes.
TASTING NOTES
Bright golden yellow colour.
Intense bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits, such as lemon and lime, with subtle hints of vanilla from the oak.
The mouthfeel provides rich fruit falvours from the bouquet eith a buttery feel from the oak ageing.
Ideal with oven baked fish, smoked salmon and trout, risottos and salads. Also with creamy cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature between 8 to 10ºC
