VINEYARD DETAILS
Vineyards planted on poor soils with excellent drainage, oriented to encourage and protect the aromas typical of the grape variety, optimizing the terroir’s potential to the maximum. To this end, tradition, together with research, development and the most sophisticated monitoring technology on the vineyards are combined. The result is a constant quality improvement of the grapes.
WINEMAKING
Gran Momento Graciano is a unique red wine from a great but lesser known indigenous variety, having been aged for over 4 months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Deep, rich ruby red colour with putple hues.
Fragant bouquet of red plums, dark cherries and blackberries, with vanilla and toffee hints from the oak.
Well-structured, with elegant and round tannins.
Recommended serving temperature between 16 to 18ºC
