VINEYARD DETAILS
Vineyards planted on poor soils with excellent drainage, oriented to encourage and protect the aromas typical of the grape variety, optimizing the terroir’s potential to the maximum. To this end, tradition, together with research, development and the most sophisticated monitoring technology on the vineyards are combined. The result is a constant quality improvement of the grapes.
WINEMAKING
After careful maceration and fermentation, the wine was aged for 14 months in oak barrels, as well as subsequent cellaring period at the winery.
TASTING NOTES
Bright cherry red colour with ruby taints.
Ripe red and black fruit aromas well-integrated with cinnamon and cocoa bouquet.
In palate, it’s round and has good sweet tannins with delicious fruit and toasted notes.
Ideal pairing with stews, legumes, red meat, cured cheeses and roasts.
Recommended serving temperature between 16 to 18ºC
