VINEYARD DETAILS
The soils lie on alluvial terraces from the Ebro and Aragón rivers. Rich with pebbles and with a thick texture, they offer an excellent drainage. Their chemical composition is also very balanced in terms of a correct distribution of macro and micro elements, and an adequate level of organic matter.
TASTING NOTES
Clear Rosé colour, clean and bright.
Fruity intensity with aromas of strawberry, lychee, cherries and peach skin.
Soft, velvety and balance. The fruit give freshness and liveliness.
Will pair well with all vegetables and salads,
pasta and rice dishes, as well as BBQ, picnic, tapas, Asian dishes like sushi or Babi Pagang.
Best served chilled (8 to 10ºC)
