The vineyards are rooted in a continental terroir of extreme temperature contrasts, poor limestone-clay soils, and low rainfall, conditions that favour balanced and concentrated fruit. Here, Verdejo grapes develop fresh aromatics, vibrant acidity, and subtle herbal notes while preserving remarkable elegance. The dry climate and abundant sunshine contribute to healthy vineyards and consistent ripening, expressing a distinctive character.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow colour with greenish hues.
Fragant bouquet of tropical fruits, with subtle floral and herbal lift. Rich and fresh mouthfeel with a long and subtly salty finish enhancing he food pairing.
Ideal with tapas platters, grilled and fried fish and seafood, salads and all vegetables including asparagus.
Recommended service temperature: 8º-10ºC
