Two Spanish words that translate as: TIEMPO, Time and also Weather, and TIERRA, as Soil and Land. All key aspects in growing vines and making wines.

On the slopes of the hills of Tierra Estella, a prime vineyard location in the famous Navarra appellation, in the north of spain, you´ll find our Tiempo y Tierra Vineyards, which we care for to make this lovely range of wines for you to enjoy

The vineyards are planted  on rugged landscape, harsh,  rocky and pebbly slopes with  different orientations. We  look for sun exposure and  good drainage which, along  with the high altitude of this  terrain, 450 to 550 m high,  and the stark temperature  drops from day to night,  ensure good concentration  and structure is obtained  when making these wines.

TRUE «TERROIR» WINES

Each cepage was planted years ago on those plots which offered the best characteristics for each variety´s needs. A prime driver for true “terroir” wines. So for our Verdejo, we chose the harsh climate and brittle landscape in the Pozaldez area of the Rueda appellation. The similar soil and climate conditions here replicate the virtues we looked for in Navarra, and so does the wine. Modern winemaking methods and the strictest of Quality Control measures at the winery means you get consistently high quality wines in each one of our bottles. Wines you can enjoy on your own or in good company.
